FACE-OFF CAMP REGISTRATION

FACE-OFF CAMP DATES
July 10th to July 15th, 2018

FACE-OFF CAMP FEES
$800.00 - Overnight Camp
$700.00 - Day Camp

Deposits
A $400.00 deposit is required with all registration to hold a spot for you in this camp.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
All campers must register online this year by clicking the
green box labeled ONLINE REGISTRATION located at the
right on this page. One of these boxes is also located at the
end of the camp tour. Registration includes all forms filled
out online and payment by MasterCard, American Express
or Visa. A confirmation Email will be sent on receipt of your
online registration detailing the remaining fees and optional paperwork still outstanding.

Early Check-out is NOT allowed unless you
have arranged it prior to July 1st

US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP
All campers MUST be a member of
US Lacrosse to attend our camps. The cost of the membership is only $25.00 for youth ages 15 and under and $35.00 for high School players 16 - 18
The membership will cover his insurance for any off season program you enter, for one year.

ELIGIBILITY
Boys ages 8 to 18
All levels of experience are eligible for this camp.
We only take 8 players in this camp
4 players in Grades 9th - 12th
4 Players in Grades 4th - 8th

DAY CAMPERS
Day Campers check-in at the same time as overnight campers. The day campers on subsequent days will arrive each day at 8:30am at the dorm and can be picked up at 9:00pm from the dorm. Day campers will be issued a key
card to a day room that they can use between sessions to store their belongings and rest. They pick up their key card
at the camp store each morning and return it each evening.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We offer an airport transfer service for a roundtrip cost of $90.00. The one way cost is $65.00. If your son will be flying
in for camp and you need us to pick him up and/or drop him off, just fill out the travel form and submit a fee of $90.00/$65.00 with your paperwork. We will take care of it.

PARENT PARKING
You can by a parking permit to park on campus.
This permit cost $10 per day.
