The Defense Camp also includes the teaching camp. It is designed to give Defensive Players an extra three sessions
(7.5 hours) of Individual defensive instruction prior to the
main teaching camp. The instruction will teach checking & holds, how to counter certain moves, footwork and drop stepping, stick skills & dodging and sliding. When the
Defense Camp is completed, players will then start the
regular teaching camp.
